At Underdog, I combine ongoing research; lessons learned from my 20 years of experience as an Educator and Advocate; and what students, teachers, and school leaders tell me they need to develop customized, low cost, easy-to-implement lessons, strategies, supports, and curricula that produce exceptional levels of growth and achievement for historically underserved individuals. I believe that great results and low teacher stress can co-exist, that instructional solutions should be customized to address the unique challenges of learning communities, and that excellent results, not opinions or programs, define success.
